From start to finish Parnam Singh has proven to be the consummate Real Estate Agent. Anyone who can call me at 6.00pm and get my attention has done well. And he did. Parnam suggested that we go to the market at an "offers above" figure. We did and, with some trepidation, we set the price on his advice at $40,000.00 above what my informed but amateur research had suggested I could get. In a matter of weeks we had the right contract at $15,000.00 above asking price. Parnam again proved his negotiating skills in that there was not a lot of room for real negotiation under the Jenman System of negotiating commission at the time of sale. However, he had grossed us $55,000.00 above expectation so we believed that he had earned it.Throughout, Parnam's high standards of ethics, market knowledge, immaculate personal presentation and timely communication brought us to consider him more as a friend than an agent (he even made peace with our big noisy dog!). You can do no better if you are intending to sell than to secure Parnam Heir (Singh) as your agent.
