The Red Rocket team exceeded my expectations in getting me a price for I property I didn't think possible. I've had limited experience selling a property but I do know from past experiences that I've had agents who want to drop the price as soon as the property doesn't sell within a week. This was not the case with Red Rocket, they followed up and leads from open houses and got me a price that was more than fair. Thanks to Parnam, Johann and the team.

Once we contacted the agent, he was very quick to contact us and arrange an interview to discuss the sale of the property. He outlined the process to us very clearly and explained all the costs and charges associated with the sale. Once we decided to put the property on the market, he quickly and efficiently went about marketing the property again keeping us informed. The property sold within three (3) weeks end we were pleased with this result. Once sold and contracts signed, we had a seamless settlement. We were very pleased with Parnam's performance and professionalism and found dealing with the whole organization was easy and we were extended all professional courtesies.

Parnam was not known to me at early stage. I just went to him on recommendation of one of my friend. At early stage I was bit scared but when the selling process of property initiated, indeed his words from the first day to the last settlement date were remained same. What I admire most was his transparency of describing things from time to time. He answered everything to me in a very efficient manner. I called him so many times during the process and he always spoke very gently. Not only this, he always call me back after 1 or 2 days to make sure that I , as his client, whether satisfied or not from his suggestions. Most importantly, he took proper care of my pocket and even helped me to arrange economical trade workers for fixing required and very genuine things. I am very much thankful to him.
