The process to sell my property from beginning to end went smoothly and without any fuss.

As a buyer I am very happy with the service Pat Barret personally provided in purchasing a property. We hit a problem just prior to settlement day (which was caused by the seller) and Pat promptly stepped in with a solution, which he subsequently followed through on, to allow us to settle quickly and keep our purchase on track.
