Pat first contacted me a year ago after I viewed a property he was selling. While chatting I mentioned that I might want to sell a property in a year’s time. Pat was organized and promptly called me a year later when I was looking for an agent to sell my investment property. Pat gave useful guidance and was very patient throughout the process.
