We found the whole process of viewing and buying our house very disappointing, No communication and agent didn't even realise we were interested in property after four or more viewings. Apparently seller would have been happy to sell house prior to auction which we weren't told. Even on auction night the actual photos of our house were not put up but another. Even after sale went through there was no communication and certainly no welcoming card or bottle of wine. Nothing at all just hard work getting the key from agent. Whole experience unpleasant and by the way we are 70 Gannons Road, And neighbour Sam is 70a Gannons Road and his whole experience with the sale is even worse than ours.
