We have now dealt with Pat as both seller and buyer in two very different markets. She was professional, incredibly responsive as well as being warm and friendly at all times. Her years of experience and knowledge were apparent in every dealing we had. As a seller in a falling market, she offered sound advice and gave an honest appraisal of our home, the sale environment and set realistic expectations whilst taking into consideration our wants and needs throughout the process. Pat immediately had buyers ready to take through our property. She supplied us with a list of reliable and hard-working tradespeople to tap into where needed to assist getting our home ready for sale. One of the things we appreciated most about Pat was her calm demeanour - she never gave off "salesperson" vibes, nor did we feel pressure at any time which you so often do with real estate agents. That said, she secured us a very quick sale in a difficult market reinforcing that we had chosen the right person to make the sale - our expectations were well and truly exceeded.
