We lovingly renovated 237 Edwards Street and it was really hard to part with it but we knew it was going to someone who loved it. Pat and the team at McGrath helped us secure the price it deserved and negotiated well which you really need with an agent. I know the new owner loves living there which is great. There were lots of swings and roundabouts along the way but Pat was very patient and caring. Would use Pat again in a heartbeat.
