Pat worked hard today sell my house in a difficult market. He was constantly in touch with me re the progress of the marketing which I appreciated. A positive result ensued.

Pat was keen enough to win my business but while writing up the offer, did not word the offer as requested and once I'd signed on the dotted line, was less than enthusiastic. A number of contractors commented to me on his lack of enthusiasm at final inspection time and although he knew that the house was empty, made no effort to make sure the amenities were still on to complete the inspection. He did not communicate with his office so that they could not find the house keys when I came to pick them up after settlement as arranged with him. I would not recommend him to anyone buying a property.
