Patrick is professional, knowledgeable and there is no doubt in my mind that he knows the Real Estate business well, selling my mother's house the very first week it was opened for inspection and receiving more than we had anticipated for the house. My only gripe is that he wasn't there on Settlement Day. I can understand if he couldn't make it, but he should have got someone else then from the Agency to be there. Just disrespectful in my eyes.
