Their house adverts are very professional and the videos are very informative and far better than other real estate agency advertising. Patrick was friendly and very easy to deal with. When entering the Glenorchy office I felt very comfortable with everyone greeting me in a cheerful way. I would definitely recommend them and in particular Patrick to anyone who is interested in buying or selling property.

Having only physically met with Patrick once regarding one property I feel limited as to how to rate him based on the above aspects. Most contact was via email and he was always prompt, professional and friendly in his replies. There was little room for negotiation on the said property, but this we believe was due to the vendors being firm on the price.
