Patrick Berry was very patient with us in showing us our new home coming out repeatedly, to letus walk through again and again and negotiating with the owner ,at the same time he worked tirelessly to get clients through our house to sell and in just one week he sold our house and negotiated with the owner of house we were buying to have a 90 day settlement to tie in with our purchaser.
