We met Patrick after we released our previous agent. Patrick knew we did not sell. He took his time introducing himself and offering insight into the area but was not high-pressure. When we decided to go back to the market, we had Patrick (Hunter Agency) and another group tender. Patrick introduced us to his selling partner agent, Eddie Bechara; Patrick took time to know us and the property. Patrick was always contactable and very responsive. Once we went to the market, Patrick and Eddie were always on site. Patrick is a humanistic individual with high integrity. We got a sale because of his efforts. We went with Hunter Agency because of Patrick. Patrick and Eddie got us a sale, filled the home again with great sounds, and allowed us to move to the next stage of life on the South Coast.
