I was confident and comfortable with Patrick's approach to selling my house. He kept me fully involved and informed at all times and also gave me time to consider the early offer made prior to auction, which we decided to take . Patrick explained how the market was going and gave advise without putting any pressure on me to sell early. Thank you Patrick and Nathan
