He provided clear and regular updates about the campaign process and his professional advise about the sale type, the price guide and the buyers short list. The end result was quite good and we sold our property before auction just 13 days after putting the ads online.

Patrick and the team work in a transparent and efficent matter. When they advise they'll between a certain time or date, they follow thru. Their operating rhythym involves you the client in a group chat where you can oversee the work being processed or completed. Price wise, the team was able to get me the highest selling price based on market and property. Settlement period was only delayed due to holiday season (Dec & Jan). Overall pleased with the work Patrick and his team has put in.
