Patrick was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He knew the local market very well and took time to understand what we were looking for. Patrick was always quick to reply to our questions and he and his team were very accomodating, making themselves available for extra viewings at short notice. We are grateful to Patrick for his assistance in navigating the difficult process of purchasing our first home.
