Patrick from McGrath has to be one of the best agents ever. He navigated the sale through tough current market and achieved best price for us. He literally worked 7 days a week keeping us informed. He understood the emotion of selling our home over 50 years, was patient with us and offered all sorts of assistance in helping us get the house in order when we couldn't. There was nothing they could not help with. Can't compliment Patrick and his colleagues enough, they are simply the best.
