As we were located north of Newcastle this made things more difficult and Violet had to organise various visits to the house from Curtains to Building Inspectors. We also found Patrick to be very good and professional particularly in the period leading up to settlement and after. He is readily contactable and very helpful with advice.

Personally, I could review Pat 5 stars; but our overall combined experience with Pat and Urban was terrible. Pat was extremely helpful at the start and answered any and all questions we had. Once it came time to settle, it was found that all our data had been leaked from Urban real estate and scammers now had all the details they needed to con us out of money. Pat became defensive and said he done his due diligence because his email signature says to double check details. I believe he could have warned us that Urban had previously had this happen to them and we should be mindful that Urban has data leaks from their end. I will never use Urban real estate again! Future buyers beware that Urban's IT Security is terrible and scammers will get all details of the sale.
