Patrick was very professional and genuine he was knowledgeable in the marketing of the house and also during the sale process. He was always available for calls ect and was always calm and positive when things got a little stressful. I would recommend Pat to anyone 👍 while the property didn’t sell for what we had hoped I do think the price was indicative of the current market

Patrick was by far the most professional, personable and respectful agent we encountered in a 9 month long search for a property. Estate agents seem to have a bad reputation, and unfortunately I understood why, however Patrick did not conform to the stereotype, he was always available and extremely helpful where he could have been, and he was incredibly polite and respectful at the same time, remembering of course that agents are essentially working for the vendors and not the buyers (as we were). I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him, or indeed employing his services if the need arises.
