Patrick is an amazing agent. He knew a lot of information on the area and knew exact prices of what we could get for our house. Patrick is very thorough with what he does, we contacted him to put the house on the market then after that things moved very fast. We had the photographers there within a week then it was on the market. 8 days and 4 or more open houses later the house was under contract. Patrick was amazing with his communication and let us know whenever someone was going through or exactly what was happening. Patrick was also very truthful and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the best price. We would 100% sell with him again and will recommend him to anyone that's looking at selling or buying.
