Quick and Easy

We came across Patrick during a few open houses when we were looking to buy and liked the way he worked and approached us. When it came to sell our house, there was no question about who we wanted to take on that responsibility. We were not disappointed. Patrick showed he knew the market and how best to get target potential buyers through the door. The house went onto the market on the Monday. The photos online looked fantastic. We had open houses the weekend following and we had a contract on the house by the next Monday for a great price. We have and would recommend Patrick to other potential customers in future.
