I knew this because if the situation was reversed and I was looking to buy, Patrick would be an agent I'd feel comfortable showing me property. His knowledge of the market was spot on and he took the time to evaluate the best aspects of my property for the purpose of selling. His enthusiasm to sell my property was well above what I had expected. I was pleased to sign a contract within 12 days from my first open home, with the sale price being a considerable amount above the listing price, due to the interest he had generated.
