The campaign worked well and the results was very much what we had discussed. All through the campaign, Patrick was pro-active in getting things done, he responded quickly to all my phone calls and emails, kept me updated regularly, did what he said he would do, and goes the extra mile. Selling a property that you love is very emotional and a very important decision, so much to consider and lots to do to prepare the house for its best advantage to sell for the max price outcome. Patrick was very supportive and understanding of my emotions and was very helpful engaging maintenance and repair quotes from companies he was familiar with and trusted. This relieved me of many high pressure decisions that were required to be made. Patrick also referred me to a wonderful company who made decorating and staging decisions. My home looked truly beautiful and again Patrick chose a wonderful photographer who not only took the photos but knew which ones would be best for the campaign. During the lead up to the auction day, Patrick was happy to address any issues I had with professional expertise. Although the house did not sell on the auction day, patrick continued to have open house days in an attempt o find a buyer through a private sale.. In an ever changing market , a buyer was engaged and after many open days and disappointments a contract was signed, deposit paid and now looking forward to settlement. Patrick was extremely skilful with negotiations with potential buyers and constantly kept me informed of every detail of the many enquiries from potential buyers.. Over all , Patrick has a very good understanding of the real estate industry and his confidence was very much appreciated during a very stressful time.
