Selling a property that you love is very emotional and a very important decision, so much to consider and lots to do to prepare the house for its best advantage to sell for the max price outcome. Although the house did not sell on the auction day, patrick continued to have open house days in an attempt o find a buyer through a private sale.. In an ever changing market , a buyer was engaged and after many open days and disappointments a contract was signed, deposit paid and now looking forward to settlement. Patrick was extremely skilful with negotiations with potential buyers and constantly kept me informed of every detail of the many enquiries from potential buyers..
