I recently purchased a property that Patrick was representing. He has been very honest and professional throughout the engagement. Politely answered all our questions before purchasing and was never pushy which we appreciated. Moreover, he always replied to our sms/calls even after the sale and we never felt as if he was there just to make a sale and move on.

He was very friendly and courteous when I approached him for detail information regarding the property. In October this year. We decided to sell our Box hill residential property . We have carefully done our market research and invited few local property agencies to undertake the task in promoting and selling our property . We also invited Ray white from Forrest hill as we remembered Patrick Fu’s great sale performance in the past . After tirelessly discussing with all the agents and carefully evaluating their ability to deliver, we have decided to engage Patrick based on his honesty , sincerity and trustworthiness with foresight. Upon signing the sale authority, he acted immediately to organise all the marketing and promotion activities while keeping me informed in every steps of the sale campaign . He worked very hard to invite his clients to inspect the property and use his selling skills and knowledge in the area to persuade the potential buyer to consider the great investment opportunity. True enough , like patrick has predicted , our property has received an offer that was difficult to refuse. We accepted the offer before the auction date. Our property sold within 10 days from the signing of sale authority . We bought and sold a few properties in the past many years but never met any sale agent as professional and hardworking like Patrick. He has carried out his duties with high integrity, honesty and trustworthiness. We praise him for job well done and wish him continue to be successful in his career. Of course without questioning, we will approach him again should we need to engage a property agent in the future .
