He approached to us about 2 years ago, predicted the market with us and encourage us to sell at the high price, however, we’re not ready at that time. Beginning of this year, we decided to upsize and would like to sale the place, Patrick did not overpromise anything, but told us what’s the price range as well as how to choose the buyer and when to make the decision. We sold the place within a month, and compare with the other few properties near my home with better location or more bedrooms.
