Knowledgeable on the property and would find out if he didn’t know straight away, I felt that some things were withheld prior to having paperwork signed but he was there to help me and made sure I understood everything and was flexible on additional inspection days and times
Initial sale was very smooth, but subsequent communication and attention to detail was inconsistent.
