In his five successful years in Melbourne, Patrick understudied a number of Australia’s leading residential agents. He learnt the art of selling some of the city’s most exclusive properties and the importance of market knowledge, communication and effective marketing and branding. Patrick then spent three years in the UK, working for the London’s premier estate agent Foxtons. While working at Foxtons, Patrick negotiated rare London property in highly sought after areas such as Notting Hill, Chelsea, Fulham and Kensington. Upon returning to Australia he returned to the family company, Hayden Real Estate, to join the third generation agency, the region’s leading property company and became one of the Surf Coast’s most successful and trusted property advisors. Patrick ambition for excellence then took him to the fast paced world of Dubai where he was tasked with setting up Hayden Real Estate’s first international office. Working with different cultures and nationalities on a daily basis helped Patrick gain further international experience. Patrick focused mostly on higher end properties in Palm Jumeirah and large scale developments across Dubai, setting many sales records along the way. The demanding market taught Patrick the importance of outstanding customer service and attention to detail when dealing with customers, who often commented on his natural ability to be friendly, thorough and professional in all aspects of the property transaction. Being the only agent in the region with International experience, Patrick is well equipped to handle any negotiation and achieve the best possible result for his clients. Patrick’s sales success and training experience makes him a vital member of the Hayden Real Estate staff, where he enjoys mentoring colleagues and assisting in the development of a dynamic sales team. With his wife Sarah and bouncing baby boy Archie, they are thrilled to return home and embrace the fantastic lifestyle choices Torquay has on offer.

Excellent experience
