This was not me in this instance, however his willingness to open up the house at odd times to accomodate my due diligence on the building was fantastic. There were no snake-oil salesmen tactics thrown in, just good honest opinions which helped build rapport and gave me confidence in the buying process. I may not have been willing to pay what I did if it wasn’t for Pat’s ability to go above and beyond to accomodate the sale. I would recommend him to any potential vendor.
