We’ve all heard of the “it” factor, well Patrick has that in spades. He’s driven, he’s passionate about his job, and He’s compassionate. A few times I was stressed through the procedure, I found it not easy selling ones home after 40 years, and Patrick would say to me in a very calm voice “ Don’t stress Dot, that’s my job” and immediately I would calm down. He’s also a spiritual person and has a great sense of humour. I will be seeing Patrick one more time and I know I’m going to feel sad, sad because it feels like I will be saying goodbye to a friend, a friend I’ll never see again such is the nature of Patrick. Thank you for selling my home for me, it’s been a pleasure dealing with you. Regards Dot.
