Pat is exactly the kind of detail-orientated guy we were looking for! He is unbelievably genuine and honest in his feedback and ideas and we are so happy that we decided to go with him to sell our house. It was clear from the start that he was prepared to put in max effort and it did not go unnoticed. Some of our favorite things about Pat include: - he always made time in the arvo to give us a call and tell us how the realestate.com add was tracking and any market feedback he had received during the day; - he made the experience of selling feel special by hosting exclusive viewings with food platters and drinks and taking the time to get to know the neighbours; - we felt 100% that he was on our side when he brought forward offers; - he was far too generous with his gifts towards us, even though we bargained him down hard!!
