I am now the proud owner of a house sold to me by Patrick Ivey and his team. Pat was always especially professional, outstandingly helpful, very pleasant, particularly reliable, a great communicator and exceptionally attentive. Pat was ever willing to provide useful advice and to ‘go the extra mile’, for which I was extremely appreciative.
