I met with 3 agents to compare my options for the sale of a rental property. After meeting with all 3 different agent reps I happily chose Patrick from Harcourts (Dandenong) found their presentation to be very concise and very competitively priced against other agents I had met. Patrick was the agent that was dealing with the sale of rental property in Hallam, his was extremely approachable and great at communicating outcomes each day of the open house. As there was a tenant (that had given notice to vacate) I got some very good feedback from them re Patrick respecting their privacy, communicated regularly with the tenant, made sure the open house minimised any interruption of packing up the house. Advise me Patrick even made connections for them to consider some of the rentals available in the area they were relocating to. Have no hesitation of recommending Patrick and Harcourts to prospective buyers and seller in the property market. Place was sold within a couple of weeks from listing and sale, (well before the tenant had even finished packing) this quick sale I would credit to the diligent efforts of Patrick.

We sold our house at the bottom of the market, so it took a little longer to sell than we anticipated. During this time however, Patrick remained buoyant and positive. He continued to perform the Open House inspections professionally and always provided full and frank assessments of each inspection. He diligently followed up prospective purchasers, and provided us with feedback each time. If he said he was going to do something, he did it. That is important to us, as if a promise is made, we have the expectation it would be kept. Whether or not we received the best price for our house is hypothetical, but what we do know is that Patrick was a good choice of agent for us.

Patrick had a good knowledge of the property market in Hallam and surrounding areas. There were plenty of Harcourt real estate 'For Sale' sign with Patrick on it, as the agent.
