We sold our house at the bottom of the market, so it took a little longer to sell than we anticipated. During this time however, Patrick remained buoyant and positive. He continued to perform the Open House inspections professionally and always provided full and frank assessments of each inspection. He diligently followed up prospective purchasers, and provided us with feedback each time. If he said he was going to do something, he did it. That is important to us, as if a promise is made, we have the expectation it would be kept. Whether or not we received the best price for our house is hypothetical, but what we do know is that Patrick was a good choice of agent for us.
