Patrick together with Chris, did exceedingly well on our property. We had 3 other agents come through and value it at high $300’s 6 months earlier. After meeting Patrick and Chris we were hoping for high $400’s. after an excellent negotiation by Patrick we achieved $501,000. Great result. Throughout the whole process Patrick was caring, thoughtful, honest and professional. He also proved himself a strong negotiator. And a nice bloke as well.
