Patrick can be described as 'old hat' in regard to realty trading. He understands both sides (buyer/seller) of the negotiation. He was fair and easy to deal with. He did not 'force sell' this property to myself. He did not take me to other places that were less suitable to my requirements. I am happy with how negotiations were conducted, he is professional. Little things matter like attending inspections when not required too, sorting temperary insurances and assisting in obtaining further quotes. I believe my purchase was completed fairly. I would recommend Patrick to anyone. I give 4 stars as nobody is perfect and there are always ways to improve (I just know what they are through my personal lack of purchasing realty). Patrick is also going to clean and vacuum out house for free for the first 6 months!!!! Just Kidding!!! But all I can say is "Thank you Patrick". Cheers Matty and Sam......
