Patrick is very good agent as he is straight forward in his dealing with both potential buyers and the people selling their properties. I have already recommended Patrick to other sellers and people looking for properties. I do not recommend people who I would not trust to do the right thing.

Patrick approached the sale of our home with great tact and honesty. After the price that we wanted wasn't going to materialise then it was the right time to talk about lowering the price. When the buyer came with a ridiculous price it was passed on but not pushed which was appreciated. I rejected but Patrick came back a week latter and I said the price had to go up which it did but not sufficient after a second round the buyer came to a reasonable price which I accepted. It meant a lot not to be pushed into a sale which Patrick appreciated and accommodated us I certainly would recommend Patrick to any body for them to intrust him with their negotiation for the sale of their property Regards Chris Martin
