We have been burned by Real Estate Agents in the past due to their general tendency to over promise and under perform, Patrick is an exception ! He tells you what he can do and gets the job done, a straight talker who looks after both parties doing the deal, he doesn't mess around and we like that. We had tried to sell the property with other agents who promised that we could sell for s certain price, they sold us an expensive advertising package around $1700 and kept coming back to us with nothing but low ball offers. Patrick sold our property for the amount he said we would get for it and didn't ask for our first born to cover the advertising package. Timing is important but Patrick has been in the industry for a long time and he knows his product and understands the market. If you are in Cairns or Cairns South there is only one person to talk to if you are trying to sell your property.
