I contacted Patrick Kenny by email prior to arriving in Cairns on Friday morning advising of what property we desired. Three properties were available for inspection commencing the next day Saturday. After viewing the first house for sale both my wife and I were sold on it. Patrick insisted we inspected similar property for comparison before deciding. After communication between the other owners we soon viewed others before making an offer on the first house. Within the day are offer was accepted and within 5 weeks and two days I moved into our new home. Straight honest talking and with clear communication made purchasing a pleasure.
