Patrick was really helpful in securing our forever home. My partner was away interstate when completing my first and second inspection and he was great with arranging our Building and Pest promptly and showing us the great qualities of the home that would suit us together as well as individually. He also assisted us with our negotiations, understanding our needs and working with the seller and ourselves to come to a price and settlement period that suited us all. He also made himself available at different hours to assist us as shift workers and allowed us to secure the home as the first property we made an offer on in this crazy high demand market so that was greatly appreciated.
