Patrick was a fantastic agent, made the whole first time selling a house experience a breeze! Especially being pregnant, my brain wasn't all there, but he took control and filled me in with every process along the way. He has a wealth of knowledge on the south Cairns region, and negotiation skills. We got a great profit on the sale of our home, much better than expected, and his seller fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Patrick as a real estate agent.
