Stitched together a street record sale price in quick time
We were always confident that our house would sell. It was in good condition, had great features, and lovely location. But we'd bought elsewhere and wanted to sell our home quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Patrick was helpful in the lead up to our listing to ensure the little details were prepared for the best possible presentation for photos and the subsequent inspections. We were hesitant in signing, and with Patrick's insistence waited until after the weekend's inspections and follow up with potential other buyers early the following week. Without any offers coming forth that were close to the STS offer, Patrick suggested we agree to the contract and not to worry - he had taken on the listing for the buyer's house so he would be heavily invested in getting their house sold so that our sale would be successful.
Needless to say, we were now also invested in the sale of our buyer's property but our due diligence, and Patrick's confidence of finding a suitable buyer in quick time left us confident that the process would yield a positive outcome.
Fortunately for all concerned, Patrick was successful in helping negotiate a contract on our buyer's property in a couple of days following their first inspection! 30 days later and everyone was enjoying their new homes.
Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the service and outcome from Patrick's management of our sale. Our home was under contract in under a week at a street record price and he'd managed to get the buyer's home under contract within another week so our total settlement time was less than 40 days.
