Patrick sold our apartment in Clayfield. Pat was very professional throughout the whole process from the initial contact, the listing process, inspections all the way to settlement. He gave us market advice and maintained us informed regularly through the negotiations process. We got a price we were happy with in a very tough market. We found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, someone you actually enjoy talking to. We were also very pleased to work with his colleague Angela Ruddle. They were a great team!
