Patrick introduced the buyer to the property and despite issues with a Pest & Building Inspector was able to ensure that the buyer went through with the purchase as they were very keen to buy. Initially the purchaser withdrew the offer but with persistence from Patrick they committed to the purchase. The property was on the market for over 14 months. Only criticism we have over the period of for sale that communication between the four sales personal was sometimes mixed and locking of the property after inspections was a continual problem as the house is not permanently occupied.
