Our organisation was handed back a property from a tenant in very poor condition. Patrick and his team offered a full-service renovation to prepare the property for sale. The efficiency of renovation works and Patrick's knowledge on what to pursue and what not to added enormous value to the unit which sold for a remarkable uplift on the valuation done 18 months prior.
