Patrick was very accommodating from the start when we first enquirer about our property. Only to happy to meet us on a Sunday morning so we could see the property. Patrick was friendly and had a good knowledge of the area. When it came to organising a time to have the building and pest inspection done, he was very accommodating. He also gave us a good amount of time to have a look around. Patrick’s communication and assistance through the process was great and very appreciated.

We purchased a unit through Patrick in relocating from Melbourne to Noosa Heads. This was an extended process (several months) of visits to Noosa and inspections and a negotiation through Patrick before the purchase was finalised. We found Patrick very easy to relate to at a personal level. He ran a rigorous process and represented the owner of the property very professionally throughout the (time consuming for him!) period of our inspections and negotiation of the sales price, though numerous telephone calls and emails. He was very mindful of our requirements for a property with respect to value (What we were prepared to pay and what the owner was prepared to accept!). His approach to my wife and I was warm and friendly in all of our dealings up to the purchase and since. In the end analysis the seller was (I think) satisfied with the price we paid and my wife and I are delighted with the unit which has exceeded all of our expectations in its livability.
