I’m so glad I chose Patrick to sell my house. Emotionally, it was hard to sell so I needed the right real estate agent who is patient, understanding and appreciated the heritage of the house. He is so knowledgeable, a hard worker and communication with him was great. He’s got a more down to earth, kind and gentle approach to real estate which I found refreshing.
