He explained everything about the process and stayed with us during the auction and never pushed us to bid but explaining the steps for us. When we listed with Patrick we knew the property market had started to decline. We were worried that we had left it too late to get the land on the market. Patrick suggested we auction the land and do the auction online, that way weather would not impact the auction and the buyers would feel more comfortable bidding.
