Patrick helped the reviewer sell this property

I don’t think this was a good time to sell the house. The market conditions were not favourable.

Patrick was professional, responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He communicated well, worked hard during negotiations and kept us updated along the way. We really appreciated his professionalism and persistence, especially in a challenging market. Highly recommend Patrick.
