Selling our home with the wonderful Patrick Sanford and equally wonderful Catherine Broadly was an absolute pleasure. Patrick and Catherine made what is traditionally a very stressful process, (selling our home) so much easier. They are both very experienced and really bring "this to the table' when discussing the best strategy to sell our home in order to achieve the best price.
