When we met Pat, it was clear he was knowledgeable and talented at what he does, but we chose him because he was just a really nice guy! We wanted someone nice to deal with, both for us and for any potential buyers, and we found that in Pat. He achieved a fabulous result for us and was always so pleasant to deal with! Highly recommend!
