My name is Noel Love & I am the Administrator for the Estate which owns the said property. My Brothers' in Law were maintaining the property when Patrick stopped to introduce himself. The home was built by our Grandfather in the 1920's. Our Uncle lived in the property all his life until he had to be transferred to a nursing home. Our Uncle has since passed on, hence, the Sale of the property. We had many Agents call into the property over many years. Most valued the property at about 1,2000,000. We decided to go with Patrick as we felt comfortable with him. All his advice made sense. He was able to get an offer of $1,550,000 which we still cannot believe. Other Agents have contacted use & don't believe us when we tell them offer we received. Patrick also help liaise with our Solicitor which assisted in the process. My sisters also liked the way Patrick conducted the sale process. We can only speak highly of Patrick.
